Your SLIM Deal, Start to Finish
A clear view of every step from submission to funded.
Reach out to them at any stage with questions or to check on status.
Submit your deal one of two ways: email your application and documents to deals@slimcapital.com, or submit directly via API. We accept credit applications, bank statements, equipment invoices, tax returns, financials, and PG info. Once received, your deal is logged and assigned to our credit department.
Our credit team reviews your submission, verifies the business information, and runs a credit profile on the principal(s). If anything is missing or needs clarification, your sales rep will reach out before we move forward.
Your deal is evaluated against our lending programs. Three possible outcomes:
Typical turnaround is 4 to 8 hours for deals under $250K and 1 business day for $250K and above.
Your deal is approved. Your sales rep will send over the available term and payment options for your customer to review and choose from.
Once your customer selects their preferred terms, a term sheet is sent directly to them for signature. They will also provide a copy of their driver's license and a voided check. From here, our docs team takes it from here.
All closing documents are prepared and sent directly to your customer for signature.
Once signed documents are returned, our funding team sends you a customized checklist of everything needed to finalize funding. Your sales rep is available to help you get everything together quickly.
The deal is funded. Vendor payments are released. You will receive a final funding notice and your sales rep will confirm once everything is complete.
