SHERVIN RASHTI, CLFP

Shervin is the founder and CEO of SLIM Capital, LLC. He has over 20 years of experience in forming, capitalizing, operating and exiting start-up ventures. Shervin started in the leasing business in 2004, when one of his investors in his digital media company recruited him to manage a leasing portfolio. Shervin served as VP of Commercial Lending for a prominent finance company, successfully placing commercial transactions for the multitude of deals they originated.

In 2008, he co-founded a direct sub-prime specialty finance company, serving as COO until 2017 when he sold his interest to launch SLIM Capital, LLC as a direct, independent equipment lease and finance company specializing in both credit based and structured, collateral based transactions. Shervin earned his BS from University of California at Riverside and his CLFP designation in 2009.

JEFF BRANNON

Jeff Brannon is a Joint Venture Partner and Head of Business Development for SLIM Capital, LLC. Jeff started in the equipment finance industry in 1998 as an account manager for a large brokerage. He then went onto various entrepreneurial endeavors while still keeping his main focus on the commercial financial space.

He has been a single shingle broker, has run a 45 person sales organization and is now focused on the direct lending side. Jeff has been an active angel investor with equity interests in 14 companies and is always looking to find creative solutions to get deals done. Jeff graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a BS in finance.

Stephanie is well-known in the industry with 20+ years of experience. The first 20 years of her career was spent in various capacities at other powerhouse finance companies where she was an instrumental part of the team. In addition, she has a proven record of facilitating long-term business relationships with both customers and industry luminaries.

Her strong winning attitude and personality are assets that complement and enhance SLIM Capital’s ability to meet the needs of our customers as it continues to provide quality, innovative products to the marketplace. Stephanie earned her BS from California State University of Fullerton.
